Kokomo Meet @ McDonald’s parking lot in Markland Mall on the corner of SR-22 / US 31. We will have one van driving up for local players needing a ride. Leaving Kokomo at 11:15 am. (approx travel time is over 4.0+ hrs) Indianapolis Indy players should be on I-69 north by 10:45 am. Team Meeting Location – 12:00 pm NOON We will meet at Burger King located just off I-69 and SR-22/35 on the Westside of I-69. We will consolidate vehicles for trip to Detroit. Kokomo players meet at McDonald's in front of Markland Mall at 12:15 pm. Everyone else should meet at Burger King located just off I-69 and SR-22 (approx 70-80 minute drive from Indy). We will car pool from here leaving at 1:15 pm. Indy guys can either drive up to Kokomo or meet on I-69 at Burger King. 2008 Team Tryouts

Open tryouts for the 2008 team will be held on Sunday, April 20th at 5:30 pm at Hare Chevrolet Field (Noblesville High School). Athletes will be tested in the 40 yard sprint, bench press, broad jump, shuttle run and individual position drills.

Tryout fee is $20 and all participants will receive a Mustang T-Shirt.

The Mustangs are scheduled to play a PRACTICE GAME with Adams County Patriots at 4:00 pm. The game will be held at Belmont High School 1000 E. N. Adams Dr. Decatur, IN 46733. Decatur is located on SR-224 approx 45 minutes east of I-69. Directions: Take SR 22 to I-69. Take I-69 north to SR-224 and Go east on SR-224 into Decatur. Just follow the road signs for SR-224 as the road will take a jog thru town. As you are leaving Decatur, you will see Bellmont HS on the right. We are kicking off at 4 PM. Players need to be at the school by 2 PM.

Indianapolis Colts Training Camp

The Mustangs will have a booth set-up on Monday, July 28th at the Indianapolis Colts Training complex and we are looking for Mustang players to serve as VOLUNTEERS. The Colts will provide lunch to all volunteers but you must be registered as a volunteer. Colt City will provide several activities for children and Colt fans to enjoy in between the Colt’s morning and afternoon practice sessions. Colt City is located at Rose Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, IN and will be open to the public from 10 am - 3 pm on Monday. The Pacers, Indiana Fever, Indianapolis Ice, Indiana Speed and all bratches of the military will also have booths set-up in Colt City. If you are interested in helping promote the Mustangs, please contact James Stamper @ james.a.stamper@delphi.com and let me know which shift you would like to volunteer for.
